We conducted One-on-One Nutrition Assessment and Counselling to Minergy Power Corporation Staffs as part of their Annual Health Programs to their target and priority groups in the company aiming to improve and achieve healthy weight paired with a fitness instructor in-charge of their fitness journey💪😍
We provide Lecture Series to companies in the around the region who wants to have an advocacy and information drive for their employees on how to achieve, manage and maintain healthy weight and prevent obesity and become a more effective and efficient employee of their company and in pursuance to the mandate of DOLE for Occupational Safety and Health Programs.
