The Barangay Local Government Unit of Camaman-an, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Carl โ€œKuya Bodieโ€ D. Galarrita, together with Committee on Health and Sanitation Chair Kagawad Jasmin T. Borja and the Barangay Nutrition Scholar, participated in the 1st Quarter Regional IYCF Task Force Monitoring of breastfeeding spaces.

The activity, led by the Department of Health Center for Health Development โ€“ Northern Mindanao in partnership with the City Health Office of Cagayan de Oro through the Regional Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Task Force, focused on strengthening breastfeeding facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, comfortable, and accessible for mothers and their children.
