𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
As a contact tracing tool, students who are entering the University are required to present QR codes that are generated from Prisms.

To generate the QR code, students must log in to their Prisms account at https://prisms.ustp.edu.ph/auth/login and click the QR code from the right side menu. See the photos below for reference.

The scanned QR codes will automatically be stored in the Healthcare Information Management System (HIMS) of the University.

USTP student applicants may present a QR code from Higalaay app https://services.cagayandeoro.gov.ph:8087/higala/ in lieu of the Prisms QR code.

LET'S GET VACCINATED 💉

For 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 on 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗦 follow the steps provided below.

Step 1: Go to url and type https://hims.ustp.edu.ph/. Click 𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗡 then Select 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧.
Step 2: Log on to your 𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗦 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 From your dashboard, click 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 then click 𝗔𝗗𝗗.
