🎧 IS IT SAFE TO USE EARPHONES?

Using earphones or earplugs is generally safe if used correctly. Limit the volume to 60% and take breaks to protect your hearing. Prolonged use at high volumes can cause hearing damage.

🧼 HOW TO CLEAN THE EARS PROPERLY?

To clean your ears, use a damp washcloth to gently wipe the outer ear. Avoid inserting cotton swabs or any objects into the ear canal, as this can push wax deeper or cause injury. If you have earwax buildup, consider using over-the-counter ear drops or consulting a healthcare provider.

The Cagayan de Oro Consortium- Department of Otorhinolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery and The Philippine Society of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery - Northern Mindanao Chapter are inviting you to our 4th Postgraduate Course: Tracheostomy Care Essentials on the 25th of August, 2023. This course is designed for doctors, medical students, nurses, and care givers, for a comprehensive understanding about tracheostomy, tracheostomy care, and on the identification and management of its complications.
