Company Description

With the main office in Cagayan de Oro City, the company has established itself as a reliable partner for hospitals and healthcare institutions across Mindanao and beyond.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer, based in the National Capital Region. The Field Service Engineer will conduct routine equipment maintenance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure equipment functionality and reliability. The role involves performing installations, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs of diagnostic supplies and related machinery. Additionally, the position includes guiding end-users on the proper use of equipment and maintaining accurate service records for all completed tasks.

Qualifications
1. Technical proficiency with equipment calibration, and troubleshooting is a plus
2. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to communicate effectively with clients
3. Organizational abilities to manage schedules, document tasks, and maintain records accurately
4. Flexibility to travel within National Capital Region and outside provinces and adapt to varying work settings
5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
6. Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools and techniques is a plus
7. Must be a resident in National Capital Region
8. Knows how to drive a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
9. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
