In the past week, someone from our valued clients informed us about a cracked pot that they purchased. For whatever reason, We regret to know about this and we feel really grateful for our client to let us know about this case immediately and privately. Although, we are happy to tell that the cracked pots were already replaced with new set.

As the owner of this small business, our aim to provide our clients dozes of emotional therapy and maintain their emotional wellbeing., We accepted this feedback as a learning process for us to continue looking for ideas to make our products meet the best quality that our clients always expects.

We also encourage our clients who already bought our products to message us directly in case you met the same situation, so we can replace you with new sets. thats a PROMISE :)
