Protect yourself and others from hepatitis. Lalo na sa mga co-dialysis patients natin na may fistula sa kamay make sure po na protected ang inyong mga kamay kung lilinisan niyo ito or tatanggalin ang plaster after dialysis. At make sure din na before kayo mag uumpisa ng dialysis session niyo e double check ninyo ang inyong mga needle sa lines kung hindi ito contaminated. Kasi mas prone tayo sa hepatitis kasi lagi tayong tinutusukan.

Let’s all be mindful lalo na pag dating sa katawan at health natin. 😊

Protect yourself and others from hepatitis by:

1⃣ using sterile injections
2⃣ practising safer s*x
3⃣ using your own razors/blades
4⃣ using safe tattooing/piercing tools
5⃣ vaccinating children against hepatitis B
6⃣ getting tested/knowing your status

Mga higala and mga co-dialysis patients, double amping gyud ta karon labi nga nga grabe na gyud ka init ang panahon. Labi na kita nga mga patiente nga naa nata’y mga underlying conditions. Dapat dili ta ma trigger kay delikado kaayo para nato nga ma experience ang grabe nga ka init kay limitado lang atong water intake og dali ra mabikil atong blood pressure sa init. Busa kung wala’y mga importanteng lakaw, mas maayo og mag puyo nalang ta sa atong mga balay kaysa mag lakaw lakaw sa gawas og mabati nato ang sobra ka init.

Amping permi aron malikayan nato ang heat stroke 💚

As dialysis patients, number 1 is very important to really reduce salt or sodium intake. 😊

This is how you can prevent high blood pressure:
❗️Reduce 🧂 to less than 5g/day
❗️Avoid saturated fats & trans fats 🍔
❗️Avoid 🚬
❗️Reduce 🍷
❕Eat 🍎 and 🥦 regularly
❕Be active 🧘‍♀️🏊‍♂️
