Dr. Jerome Basang is a family physician who is a trained ambulatory diabetes care practitioner, a hypertension specialist, and an assistant professor at the Dr. Jose P. He holds his practice at the Polymedic General Hospital and is also a Department of Health-Treatment and Rehabilitation Center medical specialist. As part of his advocacies, Dr. Basang is a regular guest physician every Wednesday at 7AM-9AM at MOR 91.9 FM for the Healthy Wednesday radio talkshow along with DJs Bernie Bitok-bitok and Maria Feelingera.
