To make our anniversary special, experience the magic of chocolate-making and design workshop by Ms. Candyrae Villaroya Mieyal, a chocolatier and the creative force behind Bleu Teal Door, a fine chocolate company that merges artistry and flavor in every bite.
With a background in Interior Design from the United States, Candyrae brings a designer's eye to the world of chocolate-making, crafting confections that are visually stunning as they are delicious.
Drawing inspiration from her Filipino roots, global experiences, and love for innovation, she blends diverse cacaos with unique and unexpected flavors to create chocolates that surprise and delight. Each piece is a celebration of creativity, culture, and craft - offering a tasting experience that engages all senses.
Through Bleu Teal Door, Candyrae invites you behind the scenes of her design-driven process, where chocolate becomes a canvas, and every creation tells a story.
What you'll learn in this workshop:
• The art of tempering chocolate.
• How to make smooth ganaches and flavorful fillings.
• Molding techniques for professional finishes.

The workshop is on May 9 (1st Batch) and May 19 (2nd Batch), 2025 from 9 AM – 3 PM at Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro.
