Hello, Promovers! I’m Ate Sheila, a proud Physical Therapist, excited to experience my second professional journey with this remarkable organization here in Northern Mindanao.
At 36 years old, I hold a degree in Materials Engineering, but over time, I’ve discovered that my true calling lies in patient care. Shifting into the field of physical therapy has brought me a deep sense of purpose—helping individuals regain their strength and enhance their quality of life has been incredibly rewarding.
I’ve developed a special interest in geriatric care, as I truly enjoy building connections with older adults while supporting their movement and mobility needs. It’s a field that blends both heart and science, and I’m eager to grow in it.
During my spare time, you’ll likely find me watching Netflix series or movies, listening to my favorite Spotify playlists, playing badminton at C One or Sports Zone when schedules allow, or traveling by motorcycle during long weekends to spend quality time with my family and friends in Iligan or Pagadian.
