It's been a long time since I attended a diabetes seminar and other training to enhance my knowledge in the management of Non Communicable diseases.
Thank God that I am able to go back to my first love job as a clinical dietitian and enhance my knowledge in the management for NCD to help my patients to control their illnesses in the Nutrition side.

The City Nutrition Oiffce Staff of Cagayan de Oro headed by City Nutrition Action Officer (CNAO) Nenita F. Rabe gathered for a meeting held last May 11, 2023 at City Health Nutrition Office, Cagayan de Oro City.

The meeting was presided by CNAO Rabe, attended by all Nutrition Staff to tackle the Nutrition Honor Award (NHA) Validation Visit by the National Nutrition Evaluation Team (NNET) headed by Asec. Azucena M. Dayanghirang held early May. And also, to discuss upcoming programs & activity on Nutrition. Highlights of the meeting being discussed were the following:

A. CNPC Updates
1. NHA Validation Result/Concerns
2. Reports submission
3. OPT 2023
4. CNPC Barangay Assignment

B. All Nutrition Staff
1. 2023 Schedule of Trainings
2. Regional/City Webby Awards Tasking

C. Other Matters
1. July Nutrition Month
2. Hakab sa Oro

CNAO Nenita F. Rabe also discussed during the meeting that all CNPCs will have new barangay assignment effective CY 2023 since there are two (2) additional newly hired CNPCs.

The City Nutrition Staff of Cagayan de Oro commits to do their duties & responsibilities to continually deliver efficient & quality nutrition program in the city.
