At exactly 4:00 PM last Friday November 28, 2025, JRBGH staff paused from the hustle and pressure of month-end duties to breathe, recharge, and reconnect.
A much-needed wellness break brought smiles, laughter, and energy as everyone participated in fun and engaging icebreakers—shaking off stress, boosting morale, and ending the day with a lighter heart.

A simple pause. A shared laugh. A stronger team.
This is how we care—not just for our patients, but for one another.

JRBGH Employees Health and Wellness Clinic supports the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, standing united to promote compassion, action, and protection of women’s rights as a shared responsibility for a safer, healthier community.

𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒔, 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝒂 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚!

The dream destination is a VAW-free country, and our commitment today determines where we will be tomorrow.

As the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) spearheads the national 18-day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, we call on every Filipino to move from awareness to action, from advocacy to activism, and from watchers to warriors.

This is more than an invitation; it is a shared national responsibility to ensure every woman and girl lives free from fear, abuse, and violence.

A VAW-free Philippines gives us the following signals for action:
• 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 violence against women. Women’s rights are human rights.
• 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 beyond silence. Do not judge a story you don’t fully know.
• 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡 with compassion. Put yourself in the shoes of victim-survivors, and champion their right to safety, dignity, and justice.

Ending VAW rests on all of us. Let us rise as one, stand UNiTEd, and build a VAW-free Philippines!

Borja General Hospital’s participation in the Mental Health Fair with the theme “Access to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies.”

CAGAYAN DE ORO NOW UNDER SIGNAL NO. 1 🌧️

[UPDATED] PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:

Mayor Uy is set to issue an order suspending classes at the primary and secondary levels, both public and private. For the tertiary level, suspension will be at the discretion of the school heads.

The suspension will take effect starting this afternoon (1PM) until the whole day tomorrow, November 4.

This comes following the issuance of Signal No. 1 over Misamis Oriental and the forecast of rain starting at around 2:00 PM today.

Everyone is advised to stay indoors, keep safe, and monitor official updates from DOST-PAGASA, CDRRMD - Oro Rescue, Office of the City Mayor - Cagayan de Oro City and the Cagayan de Oro City Information Office (CDO-CIO).
