𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 - 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 proudly commends the active participation of the 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐘) during the successful conduct of the 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙉𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, held on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. Spearheaded by the 4th Year Nursing students, this major academic endeavor served as a comprehensive platform to showcase their critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and emergency response skills in a simulated disaster setting.

The 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨 played a crucial role in facilitating the flow of the simulation and actively engaging as part of the emergency response team, contributing to the authenticity and effectiveness of the exercise.

The involvement of the 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐘) significantly enhanced the realism and effectiveness of the simulation, as they took on essential roles in supporting response efforts, coordinating care, and demonstrating readiness to act during crisis scenarios. Their dedication and collaboration exemplify the spirit of volunteerism and preparedness that are integral to effective disaster response.

Happy International Women's Day!

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and accomplishments of women everywhere. From the trailblazers who’ve shaped history to the everyday women making a difference in their communities, today is all about honoring their courage, determination, and the progress they continue to inspire.

We’re especially proud of our dearest advisers, Ma’am Kyle and Ma’am Eunice, who have been with us every step of the way. Their guidance and encouragement have given us the courage to keep going, no matter the challenges.

We also want to recognize our officers, who have continued to serve the RCY family with passion and dedication. Together, we’re building a more supportive, empowering world for all women.
