Your body already prepared for your baby long before birth.
The moment your baby is delivered, your milk-making system is switched on and ready.
So when a baby seems frustrated at the breast—pushing, punching, pulling away—it’s often not because there’s no milk.
It’s usually about milk transfer.

This is where latch and positioning matter.
A deep, well-supported latch allows your baby to:
✔ Draw milk effectively
✔ Stay calm and organized at the breast
✔ Feed without frustration
A shallow or unstable latch can lead to:
✖ Fussing, pushing, or “fighting” the breast
✖ Long, tiring feeds
✖ Sore ni***es and discouraged moms
Before thinking “I don’t have enough milk,”
pause and ask:
👉 Is my baby able to latch deeply and comfortably?
Because most of the time,
it’s not a supply problem—
it’s a connection problem that just needs guidance.
Support, skilled hands, and small adjustments can make a big difference.
