The Mindanao Consortium on Surgical Training proudly participated in the 89th PCS Foundation Celebration, National Outreach Day on September 6, 2025!
Under the theme “Bridging Gaps, Transforming Lives with Quality Surgery,” we joined 125 hospitals across the Philippines in a virtual event via Zoom, performing simultaneous surgeries to transform lives.

September 2025 Surgical Mission!

The Mindanao Consortium on Surgical Training warmly invites you to our quarterly in-house surgical mission this September 2025 at Capitol University Medical Center in Cagayan de Oro City! We’re excited to offer surgical care for patients with thyroid masses, small and large intestinal masses, gastric masses, hernias, a**l masses, and soft tissue masses.

Patient screening starts this week! Visit our Out-Patient Department at Capitol University Medical Center to register. Our dedicated team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Please note: This mission will not cover gynecologic, ophthalmologic, orthopedic, neurosurgical, or urologic cases.

Congratulations to Dr. Renz Mabelo Mejares for winning the Philippine Association of General Surgery Residents Inc. (PAGSR) Logo Making Contest! 🏆 His design stood out among 37 entries from various surgery training institutions, earning the top spot at the 2nd PSGS-PALES Joint National Convention held at EDSA Shangri-La.
