“We offer inpatient and outpatient treatment for Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders, providing compassionate care for individuals and families affected by problems with drugs, alcohol, or gambling." Mission Statement
To commit ourselves in providing treatment and rehabilitation to individuals who have fallen victims to drug dependence, and their families as well - for they themselves developed a codependency illness. It is also our commitment to a continuous and innovative search for a sustainable and effective program of treatment and rehabilitation


Our Objective
To dedicate all our resources to develop the healthy personal value system of each individual affected, directly or indirectly, by the drug dependency, reflective of the expectations of the community we each belong and the safety and integrity of the country we love

Dragon boat racing with our staff and clients
— inspired by our Carmen Dragon Boat Team, composed of individuals in recovery from substance use disorder who now proudly represent the Philippines in international competitions. They are living proof that recovery knows no limits!
