Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive family members, guests, and children safely to and from various destinations such as school, office, events, and appointments.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off schedules as instructed.
- Ensures vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good condition at all times.
- Ensures vehicle is given a regular maintenance check: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
- Loads, unloads, prepares, inspects and operates delivery vehicle.
- Responsible for doing the daily check list, periodic maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.
- Comply with road and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
- Adhere to the family’s policies regarding safe driving practices and emergency procedures.

- Keep the vehicle in optimal working condition, minimizing maintenance issues due to negligence.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections promptly.
- Achieve high satisfaction from family members by being courteous, attentive, and proactive.
- Respond promptly to family members' requests or changes in travel plans.
- Complete assigned errands within the designated timeframe.
- Ensure all purchases or deliveries are accurately handled and promptly delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid professional driver’s license (with restriction codes appropriate for the assigned vehicle type).
- Proven work experience as a family driver or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with traffic laws and road safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of road networks, maps, and routes within.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- You must be able to understand the specific vehicle operating manual and to operate every device in the car./motorcycle.
- You must be able to read and understand roadmaps, knowledge of navigational devices would be an asset.
- You must obey all traffic laws and regulations and speed limits.
- You must maintain the official vehicle in a clean, polished and flawless operating condition. You are also required to report any problems related to the functioning and maintenance of the vehicle to the HRAD.
- You will be required to drive outside of regular hours in daylight, at night and on weekends.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support to the President and ensures the smooth operation of the President's office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Executive Assistant will serve as the point of contact between the President and both internal and external stakeholders, and will handle a wide variety of administrative and executive tasks, ranging from calendar management and travel coordination to communications and project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calendar and Schedule Management
- Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance.
- Handle complex scheduling conflicts and time-sensitive changes, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Communication and Correspondence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.

Travel and Event Coordination

Education:
