1. For my HP garden walk patients, i will only have 2 days this week (monday and tuesday). Please VIBER 09338150541 or punta sa HP garden walk for schedule. Wag ako ang imessage nyo.
2. For OHHC patients na cancelled last thursday, sa thursday pa din ang sched nyo unless di kayo available. Please message me.
3. For my QMMC patients. Please come as scheduled.

January 15 din ito lumabas

Si mommy sibal, pumunta sa akin 1st trimester din. Matinding paghahanap pala ang ginawa nito bago kami nagkita. She wanted a perinatologist na super lapit lang sa house nila and ayun, pinuntahan nya ko.
Si mommy has been diagnosed witj APAS at nagkaron ng complications nung sa panganay nila (IUGR and Hypertension) and alam na nyang high risk sya. She was very happy nung ang lapit lang ng clinic and hospital ko sa kanya. At dahil alam na namin ang case nya, we were extra careful. She already had 2 miscarriages and 1 live baby na naging challenge din. Kaya i tried to at least lessen ang mga nangyari sa kanya before. We started early sa mga interventions and they were very compliant sa ffup and tests. Weekly kami magkita kasi gusto din nila na palagi narereassure ang safety ng baby nila. Her pregnancy was very smootj unlike sa previous. We delivered her baby a few days early kasi naglabor na sya. Pero naman! Ok na ok ang baby nya at sya. Because of her challenges kapag buntis, they decided ligation na din.

Congrats to the family! Naging challenging man pero kinaya natin.

This baby girl was born january 15, 2025
Si mommy romina pumunta sa akin dahil alam nyamg high risk sya. We met 1st trimester palang kasi sa last na APE nya, she was diagnosed witj fatty liver and hypertension. Nagcomplete work up kami, nalaman pa namin na may diabetes pa sya. Counselling was the main approach para mag lifestyle and diet modification sya. Andami nyang gamot para sa mga sakit nya and we also took into consideration na kahit madami syang gamot ay maganda ang paglaki ng baby nya. Every 1 to 2 weeks din ang ffups ni mam. We were able to reach term ng walang mga severe complications of her illnesses. She delivered via CS for uncontrolled hypertension. All was well and they were sent home happy.

To present, si mommy has been following my tips and kumakain ng maayos. Kasi gusto pa nya makasama ang prinsesa nya.

Welcome to the world baby girl blanco!
3rd baby ko na ito sa family na ito.
She was born january 14, 2025

Si mommy denise, patient ko na sa 2nd pregnancy up to present. Sa sobrang nainspire ko si mommy, itong 4th pregnancy was a breeze. Comparing it with her 2 previous pregnancies with me, dito seryoso talaga sya sa diet and exercise kahit buntis. Her 2 previous pregnancies were complicated with gestational diabetes and large for gestational age babies. Di sya nakapag ayos ng diet noon kasi super magkasunod. Bago sya magbuntis dito, nagseryoso na sa diet, nag exercise pa sya. Kaya gumanda ang health nya before getting pregnant at naging swabe ang pregnancy. Malaki pa din si baby kasi asa genes na ata nila kasi matatangkad ang magulang ng batang ito (sana all). Nag decide si mommy ng IUD as contraception para di muna masundan.

Si baby was born on december 8, 2024

Si mommy clarivel was my patient sa last pregnancy nya 2 years ago. Before may GDM sya. Kaya nung nagplan sila na mag dagdag ng anak, alam na nya ang mga gagawin nya. Mas ok ang diet nya at mas active na sya sa lifestyle nya. Lahat ng laboratories nya were ok at lumaki ng maayos ang baby nila. Yun nga lang, another boy (kaya sabi ko try again next time). Magaling si mommy mag diet kasi halos kasing laki lang ng 1st baby ang 2nd baby. Ang naging problem lang namin paglabas was may cord coil si baby kaya nahirapan ng kaunti si mam na mailabas si baby. Pero kinaya nya!!!!

Congrats mam and sir! Try again next time kung gusto pa mag try for a girl. Salamat sa tiwala, as always
