Hello Chili-Garlic Oil lovers, you have now two options to choose from two varieties of our home-made goodies. Chili-garlic oil is available in Crunchy and Flaky, and Regular versions. Here are the difference between the two.
REGULAR - Chili and garlic are not toasted, cooked enough to give a chewy consistency and when mixed with soy sauce and other matched condiments, the chili softens and garlic becomes pasty.
CRUNCHY AND FLAKY - Chili and garlic are cooked until toasted, compacted inside the container, thereby giving a visible golden brown color of the garlic as seen from outside the bottle, and gives you a bit of flaky texture when eating. You can still add it with your preferred condiments.
