I am John Nicolas B Mejia, a graduate student of MS Pharmacy (Industrial Pharmacy Track) of UP Manila. In fulfillment of graduate requirements, I am conducting a exploratory study on the Development of an Adverse Reporting System of Herbal Products in Laguna.
