When we started our first Airbnb we would have never thought that I would have turned it into a long-term business and how my knowledge and experience would motivate and prepare others to do the same!

I previously held a position in the Front Office department of the prestigious 5-star Venetian Macao Hotel, accumulating over 11 years of experience as a hotelier and a year of experience as a Flight Attendant. During this time, my enthusiasm for the hospitality industry grew significantly. Subsequently, my husband and I made the decision to invest in a condominium property located in the tourist hotspot of Tagaytay, with the intention of converting it into an Airbnb rental.
Presently, our Airbnb venture is yielding a monthly income ranging from P30,000 to P50,000, making it a lucrative endeavor. The satisfaction derived from this business has been unparalleled. Moreover, our success has garnered interest from overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) residing in the USA, Hawaii, and Canada, who have sought our assistance in managing their own Airbnb properties. Managing these properties has proven to be the most fulfilling business venture we have undertaken thus far.
