📱 STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION:

1️⃣ Download eGovPH App
Available sa Google Play Store & Apple App Store

2️⃣ Create / Login Account
Mag-register gamit ang personal details at i-verify (OTP/email)

3️⃣ Go to PhilHealth Tab
Hanapin at i-click ang PhilHealth icon sa homepage

4️⃣ Select “YAKAP”
Piliin ang YAKAP para magsimula ng enrollment

5️⃣ Add YAKAP Provider
I-click ang “Add YAKAP Provider”

6️⃣ Piliin ang Clinic
Hanapin at piliin ang preferred clinic (by city/province)

7️⃣ Confirm Registration
I-review at i-click ang YES / Submit
(Registered ka na hanggang Dec 31 ng current year)

8️⃣ Screenshot Confirmation
Para may copy ka ng registration mo
