VOTING GUIDELINES
1. The link to the ballot will be posted on the Letran Commission on Elections' official page. In the address bar of your browser, type https://web.facebook.com/LECOMELECLetranCalamba/ or search for Letran Commission on Elections on Facebook. Locate and select the particular LECOMELEC post that provides the ballot URL.
2. The link can be accessed only through your Knightmail. When accessing the ballot link, please ensure that you are signed in with your official Knightmail account.
3. Screenshots are strictly prohibited. Before, during, and after you cast your vote, you are not permitted to take any screenshots of the Google Forms or the ballot. Additionally, you are discouraged from sharing any information about your vote in this election on any platform.
4. Data Privacy Agreement. The LECOMELEC is aware of its responsibilities under the 2012 Data Privacy Act in relation to the data it holds.
By agreeing and consenting, you authorize LECOMELEC to collect and process the information given for data collection purposes. Any information given will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Following that, you will be directed to the next section of Google Forms.
If you disagree and do not consent, you will be directed to the final section of the Google Forms as a sign of your refusal to participate in this election.
5. Cast your ballot. Make sure that it is correct and complete. You can only fill up and submit the google forms once.
6. Your vote counts.
