Nais naming pormal na ipaalam sa publiko na mayroong isang hindi awtorisado at hindi lehitimong entidad na nagpapatakbo sa ilalim ng pangalang “CLS Diagnostic and Medical Clinic” sa Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Mangyaring maabisuhan na ang klinika na ito ay HINDI isang lehitimong sangay at walang anumang kaugnayan sa totoo at orihinal na CLS Diagnostic at Medical Clinic.
Ang tamang lihitimo at awtorisadong CLS Diagnostic at Medical Clinic ay matatagpuan sa:

“John-Myr Apartment Purok 5 New Canlubang Village Paciano Rizal, Calamba City, Laguna.”

Anumang klinika, diagnostic center, o pasilidad ng medikal na gumagamit ng pangalang CLS Diagnostic at Medical Clinic sa labas ng lokasyong ito ay isang impostor at maling kinakatawan ang aming institusyon.

We would like to formally inform the public that there is an unauthorized and illegitimate entity operating under the name “CLS Diagnostic and Medical Clinic” in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Please be advised that this clinic is NOT a legitimate branch and has no affiliation whatsoever with the true and original CLS Diagnostic and Medical Clinic.
The ONLY legitimate and authorized CLS Diagnostic and Medical Clinic is located at:

“John-Myr Apartment Purok 5 New Canlubang Village Paciano Rizal, Calamba City, Laguna.”

Any clinic, diagnostic center, or medical facility using the name CLS Diagnostic and Medical Clinic outside of this location is an impostor and is misrepresenting our institution.
We strongly advise the public to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of medical facilities to avoid misinformation, potential fraud, or risk to health and safety.
