Key practices include brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, flossing, limiting sugary foods, and visiting a dentist regularly.

Key Aspects of Oral Health Awareness:

Preventive Care: Brushing twice daily for two minutes and flossing daily reduces plaque and prevents gum disease.

Dietary Impact: Limiting sugar intake is crucial to preventing cavities and, indirectly, systemic conditions like diabetes.
