Kremil-S is an over-the-counter antacid and antiflatulent medication. 💊

✅ What is Kremil-S?

Kremil-S is a combination of:

• Aluminum hydroxide neutralizes stomach acid

• Magnesium hydroxide – also neutralizes acid and has a laxative effect to balance constipation
