Prolonged exposure to wet conditions makes your feet more vulnerable to athlete’s foot or alipunga.

It can be itchy and painful, so make sure to use a cream or powder that is specifically formulated to treat the condition, instead of home remedies like excessive alcohol, salt water, and vinegar which can just worsen it.
