The main goal of Oriental Mindoro Covid Command Center is to ensure that all Mindoreños as a patient seeking medical assistance are guaranteed a slot to an available and appropriate health facility. The Province of Oriental Mindoro, following the National Government mandate, adhere to the principle of Whole of Government, Whole of System and Whole of Society approach in its fight against Covid-19. This is a health care referral network link with the service providers as Hospitals, Municipal Health Office, TTMF -both public and private. The main goal is to ensure that patients seeking medical assistance are guaranteed a slot to an available and appropriate health facility. Rationale
•	The surge of Covid cases has affected the whole country, and is evident in the increasing daily census of active cases in Oriental Mindoro.
•	All hospitals, public and private, are pushed to the limit in terms of hospital bed capacity to cater patients with Covid19. ICUs and isolation rooms are limited.
•	The waiting time affects the outcome of each patient brought in a facility. Moderate and Severe cases of Covid need urgent medical attention.
•	There is no existing unit that coordinates or facilitates referrals among the municipalities.
•	Launching a command center that will operate 24/7 will be of utmost significance in ensuring effective and efficient use of all available resources during the peak and throughout the course of this pandemic. To facilitate triaging of Covid19 patients to appropriate health facility that could best provide for the level of care they require.
 	2. To facilitate an efficient, coordinated health facility referral of suspects/ probable and confirmed cases within the province.
 	3. To provide frequent or real-time updates on occupancy / availability of Covid ICU and isolation beds of hospitals within the province
4. To help facilitate “stepdown” from hospital to municipality in cases of non-acceptance
