📌Aron sa paghatag ug katin-awan kabahin sa Libreng Pag-gamit sa Ambulansya:

👉Mahitungod sa ordinansa nga nagtugot sa libre nga paggamit sa mga ambulansya sa lungsod sa Calape, Bohol, ug sa mga giya niini, ania ang pipila ka mga detalye gikan sa Seksyon 3:

🔴Ang libre nga paggamit sa mga ambulansya sa lungsod magasalig sa mosunod nga mga giya:
1.) Ang pasyente kinahanglan usa ka tinuod nga residente sa Calape nga gisusi ug gipamatud-an sa Punong Barangay ug ubos sa mosunod nga mga kondisyon:
a) Dili makalakaw
b) Naparalisado
c) Bedridden

2.) Ang pasyente bisan pa sa lugar sa pagpuy-an anaa sa kritikal nga kahimtang sumala sa gi-rekomendar sa magtatambal ug ubos sa mosunod nga mga kondisyon:
a) Biktima sa aksidente sa sakyanan.
b) Nakasinati og stroke o atake sa kasingkasing.
c) Ug uban pang mga kahimtang nga makalilisang sumala sa gi-rekomendar sa magtatambal.

3.) Tanan nga mga pasyente sa Calape Mother and Child Hospital bisan paman diin sila nagpuyo.

🟢Para sa dili-emergency nga mga kaso, ang paggamit sa ambulance mahimo nga tugotan kung gisugyot sa magtatambal nga naka-duty sa hospital o sa Municipal Health Officer o LDRRMO para sa kaluwasan sa mga pasyente.

Aron masabtan sa kadaghanan, mao ni ang nahitabo sa gabii nga gi reklamo ni Mr. Dumadag.

1. Niabot ang pasyente nga ga reklamo sa iyang gibati. Procedure sa hospital mao ni: e-assess ka sa Triage Nurses. Kwaan ug vital signs - temperature, bp, heart rate ug respiration rate.

2. Paghuman ug assess, gi dala siya sa Emergency Room para kitaon sa doctor.

3. Gahatag ug diagnosis ag doctor, gidapatan ug tambal. Gipasabot nga iyang condition stable maong wala na gi admit.

Laktod pagka storya - diskresyon na sa doctor sumala na sa iyang nahimahoan ug pagtimbang timbang sa sitwasyon.

Ang naka apan kay kining medical nga propesyon ga involve ug confidentiality. Mao bitaw nga ug naa moy mga reklamo - storyaon mo nga adtoon sa ospital ug storyaha ang doctor kay ang doctor-patient relationship confidential na. Dili na pwedeng ibalandra sa kadaghanan. Ang pasyente ug iyang pamilya ray kinhangan makahibaw ana.

Mao ang pag post sa social media - gawas sa nakahatag ug insulto sa doctor ug mga nurses lakip na ang ospital - nakahatag ug dakong damage sa ilang reputasyon kay bawal man sila motubag pinaagi sa social media. It is Unethical and unprofessional on their part ug tubayan nila ug tagsa tagsa nga tubag sa facebook.

Giawhag bitaw ang mga hintungdan nga ug naay problema moadto sa ospital kay storyhaon. Dili man pud maka-ako ug atubang kay mas isog man ang post sa social media.

Unta makasabot ang kadaghanan nga di tungod kay maka post mo sa facebook - tubagon pud mo sa facebook. Kaning tanan naay saktong proseso ug lugar nga gisunod. Reklamo mo sa saktong paagi gamit inyong mga basehan para mahatagan ug patas nga opportunidad ang hospital mga motubag sa inyong reklamo.

Usbon namo: Tanan ninyong problema ug yangungu masolbad kung direkta mo moreklamo ug mo atubang sa ospital.

Rest assured, kaning panghitabo among imbestigahan para mahatagan ug saktong aksyon pinasubay sa balaod.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF CALAPE MOTHER AND CHILD HOSPITAL

While it is our general practice to settle issues privately and professionally, the unfair attacks made on social media compels our institution to issue a formal statement to shed light on the matter particularly on the post of a certain Mr. Nolram J. Dumadag.
What transpired on our end was the following:
1. The patient in questioned came to the hospital with medical complaints. As procedure, she was assessed by the Triage nurses for vital signs.

2. The patient was then referred to the Emergency Room for a consultation with the physician. A medical finding was made and the necessary medical advice was rendered.
Given the sensitive nature of the medical field, medical practitioners are duty-bound to maintain confidentiality. Doctors can only speak to the patient and her immediate family, thus limiting their avenue to defend themselves. Therefore, posting complaints on social media not only publicly shames the medical practitioners involved but also including the hospital as an institution which could malign their respective reputations, thus UNFAIRLY depriving them the opportunity to defend themselves publicly.
If there are any reprehensible violations committed by the physicians and the medical staff, Mr. Dumadag should lodge a formal complaint backed by proper evidence in the proper forum.
Rest assured, this matter will not go uninvestigated.
