📣 CLARIFICATION: Regarding Animal Bite Treatment Center of Calatagan Medicare Hospital🏥🐶🐱

Our Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) will provide FREE Anti-Rabies Vaccination for bite and scratch cases involving dogs, cats, and other animals.

🔹 FREE SERVICES:
✅ Anti-Rabies Vaccine (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) - until supplies from DOH/PHO lasts
✅ Wound assessment and health education by CMH ABTC Trained Staff

🔸 PLEASE NOTE:
➡️ Anti-Tetanus serum (ATS), Tetanus Toxoid (TT), and some medical supplies (e.g., syringes, gauze) are NOT covered and may be charged or may need to be purchased from outside pharmacies if not available in the hospital stock.

📌 Kindly bring the following when you visit:
✔️ Valid ID
✔️ Animal bite history (if known)
✔️ Previous vaccination record (if applicable)
✔️ Budget for tetanus shots and supplies (if needed)

In line with the HEARTS Program of Gov. Vilma Santos Recto and through the initiative of our new COH, Dr. Priscilla Sulit, Calatagan Medicare Hospital launches BUNTIS DAY starting this week, every Wednesday at Calatagan Medicare Hospital!

We will provide:

Dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan at pagtaas ng tubig sa creek na nasa gilid ng hospital, nababad at nasira ang retaining wall ng creek dahilan upang gumuho ang bakod ng ospital at lumambot ang lupang kinatatayuan ng generator powerhouse ng ospital. Nagdulot ito ng pagbaba ng supply ng kuryente, hindi ligtas na paggamit ng generator at hindi sinasadyang pagkalat ng ilang basura s ilog.

Nagpapasalamat ang pamunuan ng ospital kay Mayor Rico Puno at sa mga kawani ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Calatagan sa pagalalay sa mga nakaduty na empleyado ng ospital para magkaroon ng alternatibong solusyon pag nagbrownout at sa paglilinis ng mga kumalat na basura.

Pansamantala rin pong mawawalan muna ng X-ray services ang ospital dahil ang mainsource po ng kuryente nito ay naapektuhan ng gumuhong retaining.
