Sa aming mga minamahal na pasyente at kliyente,

Magandang araw po.

Nais po naming ipaalam na dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng gastusin sa aming operasyon—tulad ng gasolina, LPG, kuryente, at iba pang mahahalagang suplay—kasalukuyan po naming nire-review ang aming mga bayarin sa serbisyo.

Dahil sa mga pagbabagong ito sa ekonomiya, maaaring magkaroon ng kaunting pagtaas sa presyo ng ilan sa aming mga serbisyo sa mga susunod na panahon. Hindi po namin ito basta-basta napagdesisyunan, at ginagawa lamang namin ito upang maipagpatuloy ang pagbibigay ng ligtas, de-kalidad, at maaasahang pangangalaga sa inyo.

Nananatili po kaming tapat sa pagbibigay ng serbisyong inyong pinagkakatiwalaan, at patuloy naming uunahin ang inyong kalusugan, kaginhawaan, at kasiyahan.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa at patuloy na suporta.

Kung may katanungan o alinlangan po kayo, bukas po ang aming tanggapan upang kayo ay matulungan.
