Starting December 1, paskong pasko ito yung gift and challenge sa buhay ko. Dahil sa stress, maraming pagsubok sa buhay, magdamag na pilit mag'byahe hangang umaga. Walang disiplina sa pagkain kaya ito na yung reward sa akin.

Yung tipong sobrang kaba kona dahil hindi ko na ma open ang Right Eye Ko. Pilitin man na i-open but ayaw talaga. Sa sobrang stress kona kaya nag decide na ako magpa doctor. Nung nagpa Lab Test na ako ang lumabas na result tumaas lahat ang BP, Creatinine, Uric Acid. Sobrang dami ng reseta ko from the Doctor. Hindi ko binili lahat ng mga reseta but only for BP lang ang binili ko. I worried so much kaya mas lumala ang pakiramdam ko.

To cut the Long story short, buti nalang may nag advice at nagpaalala sa akin na hindi dapat ako mag alala kasi nasa IFERN kami. Mag mega dose daw ako ng POWER TRIO! Medyo doubt na rin ako sa sobrang stress kasi naga take talaga ako ng power trio sa lower Dosage.

Ang ginawa ko nag research kami sa google and nag hanap pa ng iba na pwde mag advice and 2nd opinion. But ganun pa rin. Naalala ko yung sabi ng isang PD Grand Upline sa akin na subukan ko raw talaga mag MEGA DOSE ng POWER TRIO. Sabi nya sa akin ganito daw dapat ang i take ko,,

FERN ACTIV 5 capsules,
MILKCA 5 Capsules,
and 3 Times A day ko i take.

So total of 30 FERN D 15 ACTIV 15 MILKCA, medjo kinabahan ako kasi sobrang dami na i-take ko. Pero hindi naman ako nag worry kasi alam ko lahat na products namin is NATURAL kaya sinunod kong i-take lahat.
