With the recent earthquake in Cebu and Davao, a GO BAG is a big help! Sharing with you a list of the things needed.
𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗼 𝗗𝗼
✅𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲
-Prepare an emergency kit (water, flashlight, first aid).
-Know your exits and safe spots.
-Practice earthquake drills with family/class.

✅Water: enough for drinking and sanitation.
✅Food: A 3-5day supply of non-perishable, easy-to-open food items.
✅First-Aid Kit: Bandages, gauze, medical tape, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, pain relievers, and any personal medical items.
✅Medications: A week's supply of prescription medications and copies of prescriptions.
✅Light Source: A flashlight and/or headlamp with extra batteries.
✅Radio: A hand-crank or battery-operated AM/FM radio for emergency broadcasts.
✅Sanitation: Moist towelettes, garbage bags with plastic ties, soap, hand sanitizer, and feminine hygiene products.
✅Identification: Copies of your driver's license, passport, and other vital personal documents in a waterproof container.
✅Contact Information: A list of emergency contacts.
✅Cash: Small bills and coins.
✅Maps: Local maps with evacuation routes marked.
✅Clothing: A change of clothes.
✅Tools: A multi-tool with a knife, wrench, or pliers.
✅Emergency Blanket: To provide warmth and shelter.
✅Whistle: To signal for help.
✅Phone & Charger: A cell phone, its charger, and a portable battery bank.
check expiry dates on food in the go bag, replenishment if needed. Once a month should be ok or every 2-3 wks

DROP – Get low to the ground.
COVER – Take cover under a sturdy desk or table.
HOLD ON – Hold until shaking stops.
🚫 Stay away from windows, shelves, or anything that can fall.
-Protect your head and neck.
-After the Earthquake
-Stay calm, don’t panic.
-Check for injuries and help others if safe.
-Move to a safe open area away from buildings, trees, or wires.
-Listen to official updates and instructions.
