We would like to warn everyone about the recent cases of fake medical certificates being issued under the name and logo of our clinic. These falsified documents mimic our official template but have manipulated details, such as altered contact numbers, which do NOT belong to us. ⚠️

To ensure the authenticity of your medical certificates, kindly note the following:

1️⃣ Verify the contact details provided on the certificate matches our clinic’s listed here on our page and our other official communication channels.
2️⃣ Double-check the doctor's signature and license number.
3️⃣ Contact us directly for any doubts or to confirm the legitimacy of a certificate. You may send us a message or an email for verification. We can also connect you with our doctors for further assistance if needed.

We are taking this matter seriously and are working closely with authorities to address the situation. Please be cautious and report any suspicious documents to us immediately.

A negative swab test result does not necessarily mean you are free of the virus. We have to consider the timing of testing from the last day of exposure to the confirmed COVID-19 case.

It is still recommended for close contacts to finish the 14-day quarantine period even after testing negative in an RT-PCR test for COVID-19.

Let's aim for a safe holiday season by complying to protocols. We can still celebrate with loved ones while not lowering our guards. Let us help break the chains of transmission.
