Kahit wala pang regla, pwede na mag start ng any family planning method.

Just do a pregnancy test muna.

✅What if too early ang pag test, Negative lumabas, tapos pregnant pala na start na ang method of choice. May bad effect ba baby?

Lumabas sa pag-aaral na wala naman, discontinue mo lang ang pills at injectable.
What about implant? Eh di alisin na.
What about IUD? Alisin din basta safe na alisin.

✅ What if negative talaga pero nag fail, na pregnant while on the method.

Same, nakita sa pag-aaral na wala naman effect kay baby. Discontinue lang.
