Reservation and Down Payment Policy
To our valued customers: We understand that this policy may be new to some of you and may differ from what you were previously accustomed to; however, this measure is necessary to help us serve everyone more efficiently.
To ensure fair scheduling, minimize last-minute cancellations, and show respect for our therapists’ time and livelihood, our spa implements the following reservation policy:
A. A ₱100 reservation fee (down payment) per person is required to secure a booking slot.
B. The reservation fee is deductible from the total service bill on the day of the appointment.
C. Once paid, the reservation fee is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or no-show.
D. This policy allows us to better accommodate other clients and ensures efficient scheduling for our therapists.
Grace Period Policy:
Clients are given a 15-minute grace period from the reserved appointment time. If the client fails to arrive within this period, the reservation will be automatically voided, and the slot may be given to another client.
Clients may still choose to book without paying a reservation fee; however, such bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Priority will be given to clients who have paid the reservation fee, especially during peak hours.
