Tema: “For every Generation, VACCINES work”

Ang bakuna ay isa sa pinakamakapangyarihang paraan para maprotektahan ang ating pamilya at komunidad laban sa mga sakit. Hindi ito tungkol sa takot, ito ay tungkol sa pag-asa at proteksyon.

Tandaan:
💉Ang bakuna ay ligtas at epektibo
💉Libre ito sa mga health centers
💉Kapag bakunado, mas protektado ang buong komunidad

Sama-sama nating palakasin ang tiwala sa siyensya at kalusugan. Dahil sa bawat turok ng bakuna, mas matibay ang ating kinabukasan.

🦟 Iwas Lamok, Iwas Malaria!
Alam mo ba na ang malaria ay nakukuha sa kagat ng lamok na may Plasmodium parasite? Hindi ito simpleng lagnat lang—puwede itong magdulot ng matinding panghihina at, sa malalang kaso, KAMATAYAN.

Pero may mga simpleng paraan para makaiwas:
▪️Gumamit ng kulambo o mosquito repellent
▪️Magsuot ng mahahabang damit, lalo na sa gabi
▪️Panatilihing malinis ang paligid para maiwasan
ang pamumugaran ng lamok
▪️Magpatingin agad sa doktor kapag may sintomas

Tandaan: Naiiwasan at nagagamot ang malaria kung maaagapan.
Protektahan ang sarili, ang pamilya, at ang komunidad.

Tema: “Together for Health, Stand with Science”

Ang kalusugan ay hindi lang tungkol sa Ospital—ito ay tungkol sa bawat isa sa atin. Sama-sama nating ipakita na ang siyensya at pagkakaisa ang susi sa mas ligtas at mas malusog na kinabukasan.

Magsimula sa maliliit na hakbang:
✅Magpatingin kung may nararamdaman
✅Suportahan ang mga programang pangkalusugan sa komunidad
✅Piliin ang masustansyang pagkain at aktibong pamumuhay

Dahil kapag nagkakaisa, mas matibay ang ating laban para sa buhay.

There are different types of herpes:

👉 HSV-1:
🔸 Commonly causes oral herpes with cold sores or mouth ulcers.
🔸 Often spread through saliva or oral contact in childhood.
🔸 Can also cause ge***al herpes later in life through sexual contact.

👉 HSV-2:
🔸 Main cause of ge***al herpes, responsible for 90% of recurrent ge***al symptoms.
🔸 Spread mainly through sexual activity.
🔸 Increases the risk of acquiring HIV by up to three times.
