LOOK: The Camalig Children's Organization (CCO) held its 3rd Quarterly Meeting last September 20, 2025 to discuss updates and upcoming activities. It was also a happy moment to see the newly elected officers take part in the meeting. Everyone shared ideas and worked together in preparing for the next plans.

The agenda included:

• Status of BCO Reorganization

• Preparation for the Annual Celebration of National Children’s Month

• Preparation for the Children’s Camp on November 2025

• Other Matters

The meeting ended with a clear plan and shared commitment from everyone. Members agreed to support one another to make the upcoming activities successful. It was truly a productive discussion that showed unity and dedication to the community and children’s welfare.✨🤍

"KAMI AN CAMASIRAM, CAMANATOK, CAMAARANG, CAMAURAG. KAMI AN CAMALIG!" 🔥🗣

The Camalig Children's Organization Representatives recently had an amazing adventure at the 4th Albay Children's Summer Camp! Over three days, from August 29th to 31st, they enjoyed exploring, learning, and making new friends at the picturesque Coastal View Resort in Santo Domingo, Albay.

The camp was filled with children from all over Albay, each bringing their own unique stories and culture. It was a truly fun and engaging experience, filled with exciting games, workshops, and activities. From learning about child's rights and responsibilities to learning about leadership, there was never a dull moment.

Representing the Camalig Children's Organization, our 5 participants shone with enthusiasm and spread their contagious joy throughout the event. They not only enjoyed the activities but also actively contributed to the learning environment, sharing their own knowledge and perspectives with their peers.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this event possible. Thank you for investing in the future generation and providing opportunities for them to learn, grow, and thrive!

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬; 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝'𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭. 🫡✨

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐂𝐎) 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 proudly stepped up as 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔 during the two-day school orientations on child protection and anti-VAWC laws. Together with other stakeholders, they helped raise awareness on key laws such as 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 11596 (𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞), the 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭 (𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐰), and legislation against 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 (𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐂) and 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 (𝐂𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐌).
Their participation highlights the power of young advocates in promoting safety and dignity for all children.

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | The 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻' 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗖𝗢) participated in the Civic Parade with joy on June 23, 2025. Excited and proud to be a part of our community, the children marched with broad smiles.

A great way to unite people and demonstrate our love for our hometown was through the parade. The children had an opportunity to learn the value of cooperation and watching out for one another.

This unique day served as a reminder of the strength of unity. Let's continue to encourage our children to be compassionate, engaged, and kind members of our society. We can create a better Camalig together!✨🤍

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | The 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗖𝗢) held their 2nd Quarterly Meeting last June 21, 2025, to discuss accomplishments and plans for the year.

The meeting covered the following:
— Approval of the previous minutes
— Presentation of the 1st Quarter Accomplishment Report
— Re-organization of BCO Officers per barangay
— Discussion on the 4th Albay Children’s Summer Camp
