As part of our enrollment process, Tayabas Western Academy is offering a FREE Medical Check-Up for all students through the Medical Caravan of Blesces Diagnostic Laboratory.

📍 Conducted in-school during the enrollment period
🧪 Choose between: CBC & Urinalysis or Chest X-ray
💸 Free of charge for students with PhilHealth coverage

Make sure to bring the required documents and complete your eGov App registration to avoid delays.

Prioritizing health, strengthening our community. 💙

The Employees and Family Check-Up of Tayabas Western Academy, held on April 10, 2026, was successfully completed with 100 participants who took part in this meaningful health initiative.

Through the generous support of Blesces Diagnostic Laboratory under PhilHealth YAKAP, participants received free:
🩺 Medical consultations
🔬 Laboratory examinations
🫁 Chest X-ray services

This program highlights our commitment to fostering a culture of wellness not only among our employees, but also within their families.

Our sincere gratitude to all partners, participants, and organizers who made this initiative possible.

ANNOUNCEMENT

As part of the enrollment process, all students are encouraged to undergo a routine medical check-up, which will be conducted in the school during the enrollment period.

Students may choose from the following options:
• CBC and Urinalysis, or
• Chest X-ray

This is FREE of charge. Please bring the following requirements:
• PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR) (for PhilHealth members)
• Birth Certificate of the student

***Please download egov application in the event your children is not yet declared as your dependent. ***

For students 18 years old and above, you may register as a PhilHealth member on your own.
