4. Mapan kenni ABTC NURSE tapno mabakunaan.

5. Mapan kenni ABTC AIDE, ipakita ti iggem nga chart, sanan to i-release ti CHARGES.

6a. Para ti Category 2 (first time), dumalan nga umuna diay ADMITTING AREA tapno maikkan ti hospital number. Mapan ton diay SOCIAL SERVICE ta didiay nga ited/ilakad ti naited nga ABTC CHARGES. Para ti Category 2 (follow-up), agdiretso diay Social Service.

6b. Para ti Category 3 (first time), dumalan nga umuna diay ADMITTING AREA tapno maikkan ti hospital number. Mapan ton diay PHILHEALTH OFFICE ta didiay nga ilakad ti naited nga ABTC CHARGES.

7. Malpas diay SOCIAL SERVICE/PHILHEALTH, agsubli ti pasyente/bantay diay ABTC, iyawat iti duplicate copy ti ABTC CHARGES tapno mai-release iti VACCINATION CARD.
