GENERAL EVALUATION GUIDELINES
📊 Voting System (Engagement-Based)
👍 Like = 1 Vote
🔁 Share = 2 Votes
Only public likes and shares will be counted.
*Each account is counted once per like/share.
*Fake, dummy, or bought engagements are subject to disqualification.
* Voting period must be within the official announced dates.
* Final results will be validated by the organizing committee.
Screening and Validation:
All nominees undergo document verification, background checking, and interview.
Panel Evaluation:
Judging shall be conducted by a panel of experts, including representatives from media, civic organizations, and industry leaders.
Any negative comment, complaint, or concern received through our official email channels will undergo an initial review and verification by the Awards Committee.
If the negative feedback is found to be valid, credible, and with sufficient basis, the nominee will be automatically removed from the list of official nominees
All reports and evaluations will remain confidential, ensuring fairness and the protection of all parties involved.
Final Deliberation:
The Committee’s final decision is confidential, impartial, and final
Integrity Clause:
Any nominee proven to have violated ethical, legal, or moral standards will be subject to disqualification.
