Chikungunya and dengue are viral illnesses that are often mistaken for each other because both cause fever and body pain. However, chikungunya usually comes with more intense joint pain.

🩺 For symptom relief:
✔️ Paracetamol is the first-line treatment for fever and pain
✔️ Get plenty of rest
✔️ Drink lots of fluids to prevent dehydration
❌ Avoid NSAIDs (like ibuprofen, mefenamic acid, aspirin) until dengue is ruled out, as these medicines can increase the risk of bleeding if the illness is actually dengue

🛡️ Both diseases are spread by mosquitoes, so prevention is key: avoid stagnant water, use repellents, and wear protective clothing.
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor for proper evaluation.

Product of the Week: Carbocisteine (Solmux)

💡How to take:
