What an amazing display of talent, teamwork, and creativity during this year’s Nutri Jingle Contest! Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to promoting health and nutrition through music and performance were truly inspiring.

Dumarami na ang nagiging health conscious at nagbibilang ng kanilang calories na pinapasok sa katawan o 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚.

Uyyyyy, good job ka jan! 👍🏻 Dahil sa paraang ito mas kontrolado mo ang iyong kinakain, lalo na kung gusto mo ng weight loss, weight maintenance o kahit weight gain. Sa pagsasagawa nito, always remember ang 𝙈𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙑𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮, at 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 para hindi maapektuhan ang kalidad at sustansya ng iyong pagkain araw-araw.

Oh ito, bilang pagpapakilala sa calorie counting… narito ang ilang mga pagkain na may katumbas na 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, iyong suriin at alamin! 💡

PS. Para sa propesyonal at siyentipikong pagpaplano ng diet, ugaliing komunsulta sa isang Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian bilang eksperto sa Diet Prescriptions, Planning, at Modifications. 😉

Parent - Child Cooking Tandem Year 2!✨️

As part of the Nutrition Month Celebration 2025, parent-child cooking tandem was organized.

It is more than just a fun activity that promotes health and nutrition awareness, it is also a shared responsibility, a meaningful experience that strengthens family bonds. It creates quality time where both parent and child engage in a collaborative effort.

This year, the challenge is to prepare a dish with the main ingredient -- EGGPLANT!

📍 Photos of the dishes prepared by each tandem will be posted on July 9, 2025 and consolidation of the number of likes per dish will end on July 30, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Dish with the highest number of likes will receive a special award during the awarding of winners.🫰
