It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Christine Aileen Bianca Litan. She has been battling a rare pulmonary disease for almost 3 years now and today she has been called upon to rest at our Heavenly Father’s kingdom.

My Mom’s PAH Journey

Hello, everyone! Alyanna here. My mom, Bianca, has been fighting a really tough battle against a rare heart condition called Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) for over two years now. Through it all, she’s been an incredible source of strength and inspiration for our family.

PAH is a progressive disease where blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries becomes too high. This increased pressure makes it harder for the heart to pump blood through the lungs. Although there is an ongoing research, there is currently no known cure for PAH.

Her condition has progressed, and we have reached a point where her current medications are no longer enough. She’s now in need of a double lung and a heart transplant. This is a lot to take in right now but we’re holding onto hope, and I know that it's her faith that keeps her going as well.

The recent medical findings have only increased the costs of her treatment and has taken a toll on our family’s finances. We humbly request your generous support to help us cover the expenses of her medical care. Any contribution, no matter how small, would go a long way in helping our family.

Feel free to share my Mom’s story to expand the number of people who can potentially help and to touch someone who might need to hear her inspiring journey.

My Mom's PAH Journey

Right heart catheterization was done, and pressures were lower. Continuing with maintenance meds, holding onto hope for a miracle. I am grateful for the gift of life and immense thanks to my incredible doctors – Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Del Rosario, and Dr. Jison. Blessings to all, and faith in the power of prayers. 🙏
