Dongyang Builders Established December 2, 2010, which main function is to continue
servicing its existing and previous client with the same quality works & services

Dongyang Industries Ltd., was established in Seoul, Korea 1987, as a factory company of steel panel, access floor and some construction materials. In 1991, they started operating the first EPS Sandwich panel factory in area of 4,799sq.m. In 1994 they contracted with Hennecke Corporation in Germany, for the product of contimat 30 urethane panel machine. And since 1996, they have installed the first polyurethane panel machine line, contimat 30 from Hennecke Corporation. In 1999, they also installed the second urethane panel line, contimat 20. And when the Millennium edge comes, they installed the glasswool and mineral sandwich panel machine from ROBOR Company in Italy. In 1999, they decided to open a branch in Philippines under the name of Dongyang Panel System, Inc. Dongyang Panel System, Inc. has operated as a supplier and installer of panel, access floor, gypsum board and auto door in the Philippines for more than 5 years. As Dongyang Panel System, Inc. saw the growing market demand for more items of construction work, then, decided to expand the scope of works. ASK Engineering Services, Inc. operated for painting and waterproofing joined their company to Dongyang Panel System, Inc. for the same purpose of expanding business marketing. Dongyang Construction Philippines, Incorporated thus established in 2005 at 1105, Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower, 2210 Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati City. Later part of the year, as the global competition become strong all over the world & as result of the economic recession & personal health problem of our branch President Mr. Lim Woo Tae, the board of director decided to re-establish the said company and give the full operation to its Operation Manager Mr. Virben Solana a natural born Filipino citizen, he now became the sole proprietor of the newly establish company. Dongyang Builders established December 2, 2010, which main function is to continue servicing its existing and previous client with the same quality works and services.
