Carrascal Primary Health Care Facility is now an accredited PhilHealth Konsulta Package Provider. Please read below for more details. 👇

📣 Philhealth Konsulta Program

PhilHealth Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (Konsulta) is a comprehensive approach in delivering primary care through the issuance of PhilHealth Circular (PC) No. 2020-0002 entitled “Governing Policies of the PhilHealth Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (Konsulta) Package: Expansion of the Primary Care Benefit to cover all Filipinos”.

Under the PhilHealth Konsulta, all Filipinos shall be registered with an accredited PhilHealth Konsulta Provider of their choice and be eligible to avail of the following services for FREE:

✔️ Consultation
✔️ Health Risk Screening and Assessment
✔️ Selected Laboratory and Diagnostic Test
✔️ Selected Drugs and Medicines

Alang sa dugang impormasyon kabahin sa Philhealth Konsulta Package, anhi lang mo sa Carrascal Primary Health Care Facility OPD PhilHealth Konsulta Window, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM aron ma enroll ug maka avail mo sa pili nga libre nga mga serbisyo labi na sa tambal ug mga laboratory.

Dalaha lang ang inyong PhilHealth ID, or:
1. Kon dili rehistrado sa PhilHealth, single, 22 years old pataas - Birth certificate ug Certificate of Indigency
2. Kung minyo - Marriage Contract ug Certificate of Indigency
3. Kung naay dependent nga below 21 years old - Birth Certificate sa dependent/patient ug Marriage Contract sa ginikanan

IN PHOTOS || PHIC E-Konsulta System Training– July 5, 2025

With the desire to significantly enhance healthcare delivery, the Carrascal Primary Health Care Facility conducted a PhilHealth E-Konsulta System Training last July 5, 2025. Hospital staff were provided with discussions on the Konsulta Program, from registration to reimbursement procedures.

With the assistance of the PhilHealth officer, hospital staff were able to familiarize themselves, gaining hands-on training in navigating the new system, while receiving real-time guidance and technical support.

IN PHOTOS || Enhancement of iHOMIS+ and System Configuration Updates – June 24-25, 2025

The DOH-CHD Caraga ICT Team has successfully conducted the Enhancement of iHOMIS+ and System Configuration Updates in Carrascal Primary Health Care Facility last June 24-25, 2025. Troubleshooting procedures were made to address the issues brought up by the hospital staff. They also had a network optimization and repair to ensure a smoother process flow while using the system.

Thanks to the assistance of the ICT team and DOH-CHD Caraga, hospital staff were able to voice out their concerns with the system and were able to receive the much needed technical support.

With the desire to help our staff improve their self-awareness, a training was held last June 13, 2025 at the CPHCF Old Building. This training was graced by our Resource Speaker, Ms. Edhely M. Itaas, RPm, CHRA.

Being self-aware - how we see ourselves and the effects we have on people and our work environment can be a ‘make-or-break’ moment in giving quality medical services to the community. Hence, having a better perspective of how we see ourselves and how others see us could help us act consciously around our patients and co-workers.

With the desire to equip our Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) in breastfeeding support, the Carrascal Primary Health Care Facility conducted a Breastfeeding Support Group Orientation on April 10, 2025 at Gazebo, Baybay, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur. This was facilitated by the facility’s Breastfeeding Coordinator, Ms. JC Carmel G. Cuadrillero, RN.
