Just a daily reminder that amidst the crisis we're all in, we should also take time to care about our eye health. We're glued to our phones, laptops, and TV sets more often now that we're all stuck at home, and that might end up straining your eyes more than ever.
Practice the 20-20-20 rule to relax your eyes after heavy digital use to prevent eye strain! 👁
The way it goes is as follows:
Every 20 minutes, stare at an object 20 ft away for 20 seconds. This helps in reducing digital eye strain especially after long hours of using your phone or watching TV.
Wash your hands, stay healthy & safe, and don't forget to protect your eyes! 👓
