STEPS TO EATING NEW FOOD

Getting your child to eat a variety of food is a challenge. Knowing that there are steps to eating new food gives you a sense of hope.

Remember that offering new food should not be forceful and it requires a lot of patience.

It's one of my daily prayers as a parent that my son will be able to eat food other than what he is currently enjoying(Yes, even these seemed-small trivial things, I really have to pray for). I can see that somehow with God's grace and patience, he's started liking the food he previously refused. So don't give up.😜
