Ngayong Agosto hanggang Setyembre, isasagawa sa mga pampublikong paaralan ang School-Based Immunization Program upang maprotektahan ang mga mag-aaral laban sa HPV, Tigdas, Rubella, Tetanus, at Dipterya.

Baitang 1 at 7: Measles-Rubella (MR) at Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td)

Baitang 4 na Babae: Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

Mga magulang, mahalaga ang inyong papel! Ibigay ang inyong pahintulot at hikayatin ang inyong anak na magpabakuna sa paaralan upang sila ay maprotektahan laban sa sakit.

Para sa karagdagang impormasyon, makipag-ugnayan sa paaralan ng inyong anak o sa pinakamalapit na health center.
