Sexual harassment or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Should any such behavior occur, we reserve the right to refuse service, report the incident to the authorities, and take further action to protect our team.

Please be advised that our premises are monitored by CCTV for safety purposes. If an incident occurs, we will not hesitate to use footage or publicly post images of offenders to protect our staff and business.

It has come to the owner’s attention that a recent client left the premises without settling their bill, causing inconvenience to both the assigned therapist and other clients. The client was overly particular and did not engage with our services in good faith, ultimately walking out without payment.

Please understand that our therapists dedicate their time and effort to providing quality service, and last-minute cancellations, excessive complaints, or walking out without paying directly affect their ability to serve others. As a courtesy to our team and clients, we kindly ask that you approach your appointment with sincerity and respect.

Should we find that a client is not treating our staff or services with fairness and professionalism, we reserve the right to deny service and require immediate departure from the facility. In such cases, applicable fees may still be charged.
